Privacy Policy
AISOFTMTL's policy is to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from AISOFTMTL, communicate with me, or use my services through aisoftmtl.com.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including PayPal or any third-party services you access through AISOFTMTL.

Information I collect

For each visitor request. AISOFTMTL's purpose in collecting non-personally identifiable information is to understand better how AISOFTMTL's visitors use its website. Why do I need your information, and how do I use it?

Data retention

Transfers of personal information outside Canada

Access

You may also have the right to change, restrict my use, or delete your personal information. In the absence of exceptional circumstances (such as when I must store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information if requested to do so.

Object
You can object (i) to my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) to receive marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling legitimate reasons to continue using that information or if it is required for legal reasons.

Complain
If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Return and Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under such Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from them.

Right to suspend or cancel the user account.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole discretion, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request termination of your account and any services.

Right to change and modify Terms
Although most changes are likely to be minor, AISOFTMTL reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should check this page periodically. When we materially change the Terms, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms.
